Catherine Smith was our travel agent, for our trip to Cuba. She has wonderful qualities in dealing with the public. It is important for her to make sure that the needs and concerns of her customers were met. She was also very thorough in helping complete various forms to avoid any unnecessary delays while travelling. Thus, this agent had a great sense of humour: this quality helped reduce anxiety from flying with some of her customers. It was also very reassuring to travel with a leader that was always so well informed on various activities that took place at the Gran Muthu Rainbow Resort. Furthermore it was also very refreshing to see that this travel agent validated everyone under her care. I want to thank Catherine for having made my first trip a positivity experience. Life is short and Catherine has persuaded me on how important it is to create beautiful memories in life like the ones we had in Cuba.
